Thank you so much for all your support over these last few weeks. You both made school feel safe and welcoming to me, which I am very grateful for. Thank you for being great role models for us and for showing us through example how to be vulnerable and accepting of everyones lived experiences. Thank you for making feel valued and for giving me a space to share my stories. I am going to miss being in SEEDs so much, and I am excited to get to see everyone in person once everything goes back to normal.

Thank you both for the generous feedback and support over the past three weeks. I have learned an immense amount of knowledge from you both, but the most important thing I learned was how to create a safe and open community. You both created that for us in SEEDS and I am grateful to have gotten the opportunity to be apart of it. Hope to see you both in person one day to celebrate!

Thank you both SO much for these last three weeks. I am grateful for the safe space that you created- the comfort, the support, the laughs, and all of the resources. There was so much here! I find it hard to believe this has only been three weeks. This is due to the community you created- thank you so much. You both made this such a special experience, and you created a space where we felt incredibly welcome. Thank you, Alisa and Maureen, for making such a safe and caring community for us. I never thought I could feel so connected to such a large group of people in just 3 weeks, but SEEDs feels like a family. You've both created such a welcoming space, and helped us to form bonds that will last us well past the end of this module, and likely past the end of this whole program. The daily check-ins, the ongoing pizza jokes, the amazing resources we've had shared with us, and your inspirational modelling of ways to turn a classroom into a community have made these past 3 weeks so meaningful to me. I feel so lucky to have been here and I want to thank you both for all you've done to make the most of this time and bring us all so close.

I want to thank you for the past few weeks! You are both so kind, making me feel so comfortable and welcome in class. I admire your vulnerability and willingness to learn. You have truly modelled what a great educator should be and I have learned a lot from you two. Thank you for getting me outside and connecting me with others despite the challenges of Zoom! This has been such a positive experience for me. We are all so lucky to have you.
Alisa, I have appreciated your lovely demeanor. I always notice your facial expressions when you listen to your students and I can tell you are proud of us. I loved your quirkiness and cute jokes, it always makes my day!

Thank you for the wonderful three weeks that you have given us. I have sincerely enjoyed the time that we have spent together, despite the zoom fatigue. You have both inspired me so much to get outside more and see the world in a different way. I dont think I've ever walked around my neighbourhood so often, and I hope that I can continue to do that as i move onto the next parts of PDP and into teaching. It really is amazing how much of a community you were able to build in three short weeks. Even in week one I felt welcome and able to speak my truth due to your kindness and openness. If I could build that level of community in a whole semester or a whole year with my future students then I would be overjoyed. I wish I could stay with one of you, but at least you have prepared me for the next part of this journey!

I am so grateful for my time in SEEDs with you two!! You both are so inspiring and I didn't expect to smile and laugh as much as I have!! I struggle with my confidence but the environment you two cultivated, a place of openness, support, and care, made me feel so much more comfortable being myself :) I have learned so much the last three weeks in SEEDs and I am coming away with so many more thoughts on my responsibilities as a teacher. I want to say thank you so much for my experience in SEEDs. You both made me feel so comfortable and supported. In such a short period of time we have really built a strong supportive community and you both play such a strong role in setting up that environment. Maureen and Alisa, thank you both for an awesome 3 weeks together. I wasn’t exactly sure what I would be going into when choosing SEEDS as my module... but I am so glad I did. Thank you for all your feedback and encouraging words on the work we have done here. I have enjoyed our daily check-ins, all the laughs, and lots of the different techniques you have used, I will be sure to bring those all into my own classroom. Once a SEED always a SEED ♥️. Alisa and Maureen,
You have both made this past three weeks so much fun and full of so much knowledge. I won’t forget all the lessons you have taught me and the joy you have given me. Learning to laugh at yourself is an important skill to have, as we will all have moments of failure to laugh at in our future. My first public failure in this class was my drawing of the “hamburger”. I am thankful for memories of that moment, and so many others. You have created a safe space for all of us to learn, grow, and share. Your passion and enthusiasm shine through the zoom screens onto all of us seedlings, giving us everything we need to succeed. Thank you both for doing such an amazing job in SEEDS. I am sad to leave this group but I know we are all well prepared to move on because of all the lessons you have taught us. Looking forward to our pub crawl! Haha!

I really appreciate all of your efforts into organizing a jam-packed 3 weeks full of: new strategies and learning, engaging activities, a wonderful sense of community and an emphasis on place based learning and getting outdoors. I feel as though you have both been integral and influential in the growth of all of us, your little SEEDlings. I feel so lucky to have gotten into this module. Thanks to both of you for making a difficult situation (zoom) so much fun and engaging. The walk and talks and the various groups allowed for so much fun and social engagement. I take a tremendous amount of inspiration from the ways in which you both navigate the role of teacher. You have humbly facilitated profound learning opportunities, and the growth of our seedling community have been immensely encouraging.
