         <description><![CDATA[<p>It will be good to have a standard on evaluation sheet as I believe I tended to be more rigorous with my evaluation. In addition, I think is not a good practice to assign the same value to all items and value should be reviewed according to the company strategy. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>It's very interesting how to managed supplier analysis with ideal expectation, and KPIs based on savings. In my case I think the supplier A meet the company expectations, but has a better price than company C, for me supplier A is a better option.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Supplier A should be considered when there needs to be more than one supplier for the good or services. They can be awarded a smaller percentage of business. They can also be considered as a primary supplier if they improve their pricing. </p>]]></description>

For example Supplier A excels on Social Responsibility, Innovation &amp; Delivery, which may factor more strongly.</p>]]></description>
