It will be good to have a standard on evaluation sheet as I believe I tended to be more rigorous with my evaluation. In addition, I think is not a good practice to assign the same value to all items and value should be reviewed according to the company strategy.

It's very interesting how to managed supplier analysis with ideal expectation, and KPIs based on savings. In my case I think the supplier A meet the company expectations, but has a better price than company C, for me supplier A is a better option.

Supplier A should be considered when there needs to be more than one supplier for the good or services. They can be awarded a smaller percentage of business. They can also be considered as a primary supplier if they improve their pricing.

I would select Supplier A which has the best overall mix. Having weightings for the criteria can further help define the final selection. For example Supplier A excels on Social Responsibility, Innovation & Delivery, which may factor more strongly.
