It developed my communication skills as I had to stand in front of my group and present which made me more confident.

What did you do well?
Enrolment to College

I enrolled to college by travelling to Barnsley College Honeywell, where I was received by Jessica Crossland, who was course leader, and Kirsty Jones, who is a Travel and Tourism teacher. I met her where she asked me questions about my preferences, where I came from at college (which was Fleets), and how I am prepared to learn on the course. She (Kirsty) also asked what job I would take should I successfully accomplish the tasks, which is a Flight Attendant. We both agreed that I should be set on this course and they reiterated that we will see how it goes and that changing courses would be an option within six weeks.

In the Travel and Tourism course I have worked together with a team to learn the aircraft safety demonstration. We read out the script as well as did a formal presentation in the air cabin. That included showing the seatbelt routine of where you pull the buckle over you and release it. We also did a pre-flight script of where you welcome passengers on board and explain the schedule. We did this via a voice recording. My team was Olivia Walton, Charley Davies and myself.
