In my opinion, the easiest suggestion to put in pratice is number 1, that is "Listen with concern and empathy" because if you work in a front desk clerk listen the guests is the most important things to do. I think that the useless suggestion is number 8, that is "Set an approximate time for completion of corrective actions. Be specific but do not understimate the amount of time it will take to resolve the problem" because the problems may be different and the time to entrust it also depends from guests. The most helpful suggestion is number 4, that is " Be aware of the guest's self-esteem. Show a personal interest in the problem, try to use the guest name frequently" because the clients must be heard in any case and have to percive our interest in solving the problem.

In my opinion, the easiest suggestion to put in practice is number 4, that is "be aware of the guest’s self-esteem. Show a personal interest in the problem, try to use the guest name frequently" because the guest wants to feel important and he doesn't want any problems when he is on holiday. I think that the useless suggestion is number 6, that is " Take notes. Writing down the key facts saves time if someone else must get involved. Also, Guest tends to slow down when they see the front desk agent trying to write down the issue" because if the guest see an interest to solving the problem, he can be much quiet and patience. The most helpful suggestion is number 8, that is " Set an approximate time for completion of corrective actions. Be specific, but do not underestimate the amount of time it will take to resolve the problem", because the guest has to be aware to the conditions to solve the problem.

In my opinion, the easiest suggestion to put in practice is the number 1, that is “listen with concern and empathy.”, because when you work in a front desk at an hotel you must be polite so, it’s part of your job listen to the guest with patience and empathy. I think that the useless suggestion is the number 10, that is “follow up. Even if the complaint was resolved by someone else, contact the guest to ensure that the problem was resolved satisfactory.” Because if the problem is resolved, it doesn’t matter who do it, the most important thing is that the guest now is satisfied. The most helpful suggestion is the number 7, that is “tell the guest what can be the best done. Offer choices. Don’t promise the impossible, and don’t exceed your authority.” If a gust has a problem, the only thing that the guest wants is to resolve that problem, so the best thing that you can do for him is to offer choices and tell what you can do to help him.

In my opinion, the easiest suggestion to put in practice is the number 1, that is "listen with concern and empathy", because, when the guest is making a complaint, you have to listen to him taking care of all the details he's saying and you always have to be comprehensive and polite. I think that the useless suggestion is the number 8, that is "Set an approximate time for completion of corrective actions. Be specific, but do not underestimate the amount of time it will take to resolve the problem" because the guests' problems are always different so some of them take more time than other ones and you have to be honest anyway. The most helpful suggestion is the number 4, that is "Be aware of the guest’s self-esteem. Show a personal interest in the problem, Try to use the guest name frequently" because you always have to give to the guest the best customer care and satisfy any needs or requests he's asking. In the end, each guest wants to feel important so you have to show interest while he's talking.
