Saul was a strict jew who was taught to dislike the Catholic church. He was very against the faith and decided to join a group that's soul mission was to wipe out the Christians. In this time Saul witnesses a stoning of a Christian scholar. The Christians feared for their lives and fled the city. Saul decided to follow them on his way a blinding light struck him, Jesus spoke to him in a vision. Jesus gave Saul instructions that he had to follow in order to regain his sight. he goes and meets a Christian at the gate who brings Saul back to his home for a while Saul regained sight. Saul decided to become Paul and spread the word of G-d. Saul underwent a significant transformation that influenced him to spread the word of the lord and keep Christianity alive. Paul visited various cities such as Cappadocia and Ephesus Paul even got arrested for his strong beliefs. Paul spread the message to Pagans, The Galatians, Jews and other people that he preached to.Paul primarily targeted cities with large populations to spread the message to as many people as he possibly could. This made his message heard by many more people allowing the message to be spread by the people he taught. People argue that without Paul the Christian faith wouldn't have survived and it would have been lost forever.

St Paul wrote the letters to outline the status of Jewish law and what is to be required in order for the Galatians to become Christian. St Paul mainly wrote the letter to explain to the Galatian Christians that the Jewish Christian was not observing themselves and their religion. Paul didn't believe that the Gentiles had to follow Jewish Christian laws he believed salvation truly comes from believing in Jesus and the religion not the rules and regulations of the law. Paul believed that the covenant of Abraham is being fulfilled through the faith that the Galatians and all Christians have in Jesus Christ. Paul strongly believes that through the commandment 'you stall love your neighbor as in it were yourself' (Galatians 5:14) you could truly be faithfull to Jesus and G-d.

In (Galatians 3:1-14) Paul was set with the challenge of reeducating the Galatian Christians. The Galatians were wary because they believed to truly be Christian they had to be circumcised. Paul is trying to get the message across that the Galatians that the Christian faith is followed by the spirit, not the flesh and to truly be Christian they don't have to be circumcised nor do their families. In Christianity today people believe to truly be Christian you have to follow certain practices like circumcision but in the words of St Paul 'Clearly, no one who relies on the law is justified before G-d, because “the righteous will live by faith.' (Galatians 3:1-14). Paul believed that all the Galatians needed to be Christian was faith in Jesus.
