One windy morning, the wind was howling furiously . Brenda was walking to school when she felt a rain drop on her head. “Oh no, I left my umbrella at home” Brenda said anxiously while running to the bus stop. Soon it started raining cats and dogs.

  One fine morning, I woke up nervously as I have a math exam today. I am afraid that I might not do well even though I have study hard for the math exam.

  I have studied very hard for my exam last year too but I only managed to get 56 marks.

I went to school nervously and think of my exam. Before taking my exam, I have butterflies in my stomach. I look at the questions carefully and checked my work to make sure that I do not make any careless mistake.

“Ring......Ring……Ring……”. The alarm clock rang. Ivy and Daisy brushed their teeth, combed their hair, changed into their uniform, picked up their school bag and went to the dining room. They went to their school ‘Kranji Primary School’ after eating their breakfast. 

They were cats on hot bricks when the moment they stepped into the classroom. “Please stop talking after you received the exam papers.” said the exam invigilator. After one and a half hour, the exam invigilator collected the exam papers. Although the exam was over, Ivy and Daisy still had butterflies in their stomach.

After a week, the exam papers were given back. Ivy and Daisy passed the exam with flying colours. 

“Well done!” screeched their mother. Their mother promised them to  bring them to Lot One to watch a movie. After they watched finished the movie, Ivy and Daisys’ mother went to the toilet and asked them to wait for her outside McDonals. They smell a rat of a man who was wearing a mask.

“Robber! He is a robber! Catch him!” An old lady shouted. When Ivy and Daisy heard the old lady shouted, they quicky ran after the robber. The robber ran as fast as he could but Ivy and Daisy ran faster than the him. Ivy stopped the robber from running while Daisy called the police. The robber wanted to run away but he could not because Ivy blocked him. Ivy was a goalkeeper so it was very easy to block the robber.

The police arrived and the robber was caught red-handed. He was sent to jail and the police gave back the old lady’s handbag to her. The old lady thanked Ivy and Daisy. The next day when they went to school, the principal asked them to go up to the stage. The principal told all the students that they must learnt from Ivy and Daisy. Ivy and Daisy was overjoyed to hear that.

Before taking my exam , I have butterflies in my stomach. I do my questions carefully and keep on checking to make sure that I did not make any carless mistake.While checking my exam something caught my eye. I notice that one of my friend was copying something under his table. I quickly raised my hand and inform my teacher about what I saw. My teacher caught my friend red-handed. My teacher was as angry as a bull.She called my friends parent and put a zero mark straight away on the paper. My friend cried very hard.

After a week , we got our exam paper back. I pass with flying colors.

While walking home it was raining cats and dogs, so I decided to take a bus home. I take the bus home once in a blue moon as I usually walk home.

When reaching home I told my parents about my marks. My parents see eye to eye that I did pretty well so they decided to reward me. They bring me to lot one shopping mall.They let me eat McDonald. While eating, something I smell a rat. There was a man spying on a lady. He was eyeing on her handbag. When the lady stood up The suspicious man snatched the lady's handbag. The lady Immediately chased after the man. My dad heard the yelling and give chase too. My dad ran as fast as a horse. He ran past the robber and blocked his way while the lady called the police. 

The police arrived after five minutes. The police returned the lady's handbag to her. The lady bought us a cake. We gave our dad the lion's share. We ate the cake happily. After eating, we went shopping. My parents gave me a $2000 budget. I went to a computer shop and bought a computer worth $1050. After buying a laptop, I went to a phone shop and bought a phone of $700. My parents agreed to let me put the rest of the money in my piggy bank. I finally got what I want. I used it immediately after I went home. I was over the moon. My dad was the apple of my eye as he was the one who convince my mother to give me the two thousand dollars.I give my father a bear hug. I now knew the happiness of getting high marks.
