         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ireland is supposed to swell in population very drastically by 2050. This is because the fertility rates in Ireland are the highest in all of EU as well as a steady flow of 30,000 people a year via immigration.<br>This creates problems, however, because the taxes and minimum wage are "anti-industry". Ireland can only expect to grow this drastically if it is able to change its policies in a way that can handle this growth.</div>]]></description>
