Kwame, I am so personally appreciative for all the ways you've supported me over these past 2 years. From helping me think through how to purchase the parts for/build a robot game table, to helping me figure out transportation for our kiddos going to the C&R competition, you have never looked at me sideways when I came to you with a "unique" request. You are a true teammate and a wonderful problem-solver for the people you support! We are all better for working with you! Thank you so much!!

Ang! I MISS YOU. You are a force of nature in our school, holding down the main office, building relationships with staff, students, and families, and doing it all with STYLE and GRACE. I am personally very grateful to you for all the ways you've supported me, including reminders about attendance (which I am trying to be better at, I swear!), going out of your way to help me order parts for the C&R table, sign up for the LEGO FIRST competition - you name it! You're always willing to go the extra mile for people, and we feel it. Thank you so much!

Zenon, I am so grateful that you do the job that you do. I actually can't imagine anyone else ever doing it as well as you do. I hope they can figure it out, because I do want you to use that law degree you're earning, but HONESTLY you are the best. You might be the most reliable/consistent person I've ever worked with in terms of attention to detail, quick-thinking, and turnaround time with solutions to problems. I'm sure that I've come to you with a lot of requests over the last 2 years that were not actually in your purview to solve, but you never hesitated to help me solve those problems. I am so grateful! You're the best!

Shelby, MY DEAR FRIEND! What can I say about you? You have been a consistent source of joy for me over the last 2 years. I am so appreciative, thankful, AND grateful for how you came into this school and just jumped right in head first! Your need to be better, learn more, and ask for feedback is not unseen!

Outside of how you rocked our school you have supported our Ops team and myself through this pandemic which is definitely unchartered territories!

Our casual but get it done at al costs while laughing and making jokes attitude has made our Ops team a team I am glad to be apart of- thanks to you!

THANK YOU for being so reliable, organized, and on top of everything for our scholars AND our school. Obviously you are our go to for most things school operations/programs not just for our entire school but for our Ops team. I appreciate how you try to teach me things so I actually learn and understand. That takes a HUGE amount of patience I know! Doing all of this while going through law school in a pandemic is crazy and you are KILLING IT!!!

I am SO appreciative for having you on my team! All of the Ops team inside jokes, down times in the main office, crying about the printer, sharing BEC, would all not be the same without you.

Can I just say from the second I met you I knew you'd be an amazing addition to our Ops team!!!!!!! I am so grateful and appreciative for how you have joined our team and just fit right in, even during a pandemic! I actually cannot imagine life without you on our Ops team.

You go above and beyond for not only our school but for me as well. You are a literal angel and I cannot thank you enough!

I might not have the words to express how APPRECIATIVE I am for having you and for NBP having you on this team! You are a translation queen, an attendance angel, and a canva genius.

Thank you for being someone I can go to with anything knowing you will have an idea, feedback, or willing to help me in any way. Thank you for always being the first line of contact with parents throughout this pandemic and handling it with grace. Thank you for always being willing to jump in in anyway possible! Thank you for supporting me personally through my mom's illness.

I cannot WAIT to safely go back to spending time together in the main office, sharing Dominican breakfasts for happy/sad/hungry/anytime days, and being my thought partner!

I cannot begin to imagine the amount of work that must go into making our days flow smoothly in the midst of so many changes (and I'm SURE there's a lot I take for granted)! In so many ways, y'all have been the glue that has held us together, and while I'm disappointed that we can't check in more frequently, I'm excited for when I pass by the office and pretend to check my mailbox as an excuse to say hello (and be the appropriate amount of annoying).

I never knew how NOT tech savy I am until realized how tech savy OPS IS lol. What a mess we would all be in if we didn't have basic things like an updated schedule with working links everyday, a reminder when we don't take attendance ( I'm getting less of those emails lol ) and reminders on Parent square. Those are just the tip of what I can remember off the top of my head. Thanks for always being down to answer a quick text, email, or call. I would be lost without you all. LITERALLY lol. You are truly appreciated!!!
