The harm done to the consumer however is nothing compared to the harm done to the workers and manufactures ( not the company but the people who actually make the garments). The workers face gross human rights violations and work in terrible conditions that are often a risk to their help. A shirt in a store could cost $50, but the worker who made it probably got about a dollar or two for making that shirt. Especially that these conditions that the workers are working in are not proper,  meaning they are very dangerous.
