From the video, I see that the hawkers serving food are able to do it very quickly. The customers are also smiling which makes me think that they are happy. Furthermore, the hawkers split their work evenly and everyone is good at what they are doing. Hence, I can infer that the food they serve are also happy, making me think that the customers are happy with both the hawkers' service and quality of food.

2) I personally have not been a hawker working at a stall before but I do hear some commotions about being a hawker. Firstly, my uncle is a hawker and I always hear him complaining about the poor ventilation in each stall. He also tells me that the hawker stalls are too small and have very limited space to move around. Another point he stated to me once is that when he serves customers, some customers complain to him about his food not being 'up to par' and that makes him feel very sad as he puts in lots of effort to cook the food. After all the complaints I heard from my uncle, I will believe that I would feel very stuffy due to the limited space and poor ventilation. I would also feel upset when critics criticise my food even though I put in a lot of effort to cook the food.

3) I disagree that the cooking industry is an easy job. Firstly, the cooking industry is in line with servicing others. This means that people in the cooking industry not only have to be creative to make new recipes and cook good food, but also deal with reasonable and unreasonable customers. Some customers may be extremely unreasonable, such as those who demand a refund for their food after eating parts, most or even all of their food. Another type are those that criticise that the food cooked is unhygenic or that the ingredients are not fresh. This also leads to my next point, which is that people in the cooking industry must wake up early and make sure that the ingredients from the supplier must be fresh and up to a certain standard. Not only that, they have to be awake for at least 14 hours a day and mostly have to stand to cook the food. The time for them to rest is also almost none as customers come and go and the cooks have to continuously cook food for them. In conclusion, people in the cooking industry need to be make sure that they can deal with all kinds of customers, make sure their food is up to standards as well as making sure that all ingredients supplied are fresh, especially hawkers. They believe that using digital devices can construct walls between the relationship between parents and their children. With children having to use their PLDs more often for work at home, there will be less time when children communicate with their parents offline. 2. I really cherish spending time with my family because my father works the night shift, so we don't have a lot of opportunities to spend time together. My favourite thing to do with my family is to simply sit down together and have a meal. My family always watches the news or some television show while eating and we would end up discussing the things happening around us. 3. Yes i agree that children do not spend enough time with their parents. Nowadays, students focus more on school and academics, sometimes it's the parents who want their child to be more focused on studies. As a result, many children don't have the time and energy to spend time with their parents. On the other hand, some critics may argue that some children are able to spend time with their parents. Some students might prioritise their relationship with their parents over studies and are able to spend time with them. However, the problem could also lie with the parents. Many parents nowadays are more focused on making money to provide a better life for their children. 2.i would feel pretty tired and exhausted as working and standing for a whole day , working can be very taxing for me . Personally , i am someone who is very lazy myself , i would just go straight home after school and take an afternoon nap. During weekends , i would also just laze around my room playing my games and therefore , if i were to be working like the people in the video , i would definitely feel very tired if i were to ever work there.
 
3. i disagree , as to be honest, i feel that every job is not an easy job. Especially in this fast-paced world , there would be more and more demands that job would have to take on. The cooking industry has a lot of stress that they have to handle and take on. Managing customers and their feedback is one example. Overwhelming stress can be felt with customers that are harder to handle. Personally ,  i do not really have any working experiences on the cooking but i have heard from my friends and relatives about their experiences in the cooking industry , and upon hearing them , stress was the common word in every sentence they say. stresses from managers, stresses from the fear of making a mistake and the stress from customers are feelings that a worker in the cooking industry would face and feel. Hence i feel that the cooking industry is not an easy job. 
Another point is that in the cooking jobs , the demand and expectations in the cooking industry is huge. In the cooking industry , health problems may arise too when working in the cooking industry Hawker centres employees are one of the victims. With the need to wake up early in the wee hours to make the food, it can be detrimental to one health due to the lack of sleep obtained in hawker centres employees. i could really relate to this, as personally , my parents are chefs in hawker centres and i always see them waking very early to prepare to open their stall. i do not really get to see them that much as they come back pretty late at night as well. They also have very little sleep ranging from just 5 to 6 hours of sleep. Overtime , i could see their health deteriorating and i feel very sad to see them suffer just to make money for us. Hence , i feel that working in the cooking industry is a very tough job. 

some critics might argue that working in the cooking industry is an easy job as they feel that the cooking industry just has to cook and make food , and that the workload is not that much. However , i beg to differ to that point as i feel that even its just cooking food , it can be physically tough and mentally tough due the the fact , that they would have to remember multiple orders and cook over and over again for the whole day , which can be a strain for the mental health . They are also prone to getting injured as they would have to handle hot stuff and shark knives as well , and getting burns and cuts which can cause much pain in their life, Hence i feel that working in the cooking industry is something that is a very hard job to work in.

One very popular area of the playground would definitely be the swings. Regardless, no arguments broke out and they managed to have fun. this shows how patient and disciplined they are at such a young age. Another really good thing about it is that the children there were all having fun. From the video, I can hear the screams of joy and excitement. I think that parents should bring their child to the playground as it can help in building good childhood memories. Also, it is a great way to strengthen their socialising skills as they will be interacting with other children. Social skills are extremely important as it will be highly relied on in the future. Hence, it will be great to start developing their socialising skills early. 

2) I would love to participate in these activities as it is a great way to de-stress and also revive my childhood self. It will be a great chance to set aside the challenges in life and just enjoy myself there. However, i think that such activities are more suitable for younger children, aged between 5-12 years old. Me, as a 16 year old would definitely stand out and I may even end up scaring them. I still would participate in such activities but i would choose to go to places that aren't as crowded. There was once where i was overwhelmed by the stress coming from schoolwork and my Co-Curricular Activities. So, i decided to visit the Chua Chu Kang Park with my friends to just relax and calm myself down. Afterwards, i felt much more relaxed and my mood got a lot better. 

3) I think that children nowadays do not enjoy going outdoors. Because of the availability of mobile devices, children often stay at home to watch videos online, play games or to use social media. Mobile devices are super interactive and interesting, hence making it addictive. One example is the app called tiktok. Tiktok has a page called the "for you page" where different people's videos are featured. These videos are often picked by the app based on what you normally search for on your phone. I personally use tiktok quite often and i find myself spending an hour scrolling through the "for you page". With such an interesting app available, I doubt children would leave their home to go outdoors and play. Not only do they not have Wifi outside, they would also have to stand under the hot sun and perspire. Also, one very bizarre thing is that kids as young as 3 years old are already using mobile devices to watch videos on Youtube. They even know how to pause, play or change videos. This just shows how much time children spend on their mobile devices. Not to mention it would be really hot having to stand in front of the stove and cook too. Personally, I cannot stand the heat, so I cannot imagine standing in front of a stove, cooking for hours daily. To add one, I am one who breaks under pressure and I doubt that I would be able to cook with many pairs of eyes looking at me while cooking. Not to mention the overwhelming numbers of orders that I have to complete within a short amount of time. 

3. I do not agree that being in the cooking industry is an easy job. There are skills needed to master in order to become a good cook, and some of these skills can take years to master. Not to mention, working in the cooking industry, one has to be creative with the dishes and ideas they come up with, so as to attract more and a greater variety of customers. To add on, to work in the cooking industry, one must be able to stay calm and be flexible. These are skills which are important as there can be unforeseen circumstances that require one to stay calm and make changes accordingly. For instance, when dealing with a difficult customer, one must be able to stay composed and level-headed instead of shouting back at them.
However, some might say that cooking is a simple task and it would be quite laid back as there are no fixed working hours. But, I would like to disagree with this statement. It is difficult having to cook and be mindful of the cleanliness of the food,  so as to prevent any case of food poisoning or complaint filed against them. Also, many chefs that cook for a living have to wake up early to prepare the ingredients before opening their shop daily so as to keep their ingredients as fresh as possible. Also, carrying heavy pots and pans every day can take a toll on their body.

The hawkers in the video are feeling tired after standing, coupled with cooking for a prolonged period of time, as it is a strenuous and arduous task to do. Furthermore, these hawkers are given little to no breaks to cater to the overwhelming number of orders from customers, just to satisfy their cravings.  
2. I would feel tired and burnt out from the whole host of work if I were to work as a hawker.  Personally, I have not worked in this industry before, but I have had the experience to deal with clients akin to the ones in the video. This can be exemplified by an experience I had to go through. I was working in a job where it was frustrating having to deal with these unsatisfied customers as they were not satisfied for a slew of implausible reasons- chiefly the quality and the shipment of the product. Up till now, I still harbour a strong sense of hatred with anything to do with interaction.
3. I disagree that being a hawker is an easy job. Firstly, hawkers would have to be passionate and empathetic, and not profit oriented about what they are doing in order not to sustain a loss as they would have to ensure the quality and service of the food delivered. Another crucial factor is the workload. Hawkers would have to maintain both the quality and the service of the product during peak hours when there is an inundation of orders from customers. They should be able to perform well under pressure and ensure that the food delivered is palatable by not rushing orders.
