Before enrolling in Stanford in 2012, she served as a digital strategist and associate director of consumer insight with Hill Holliday in Boston. Neha Yellurkar played strategic roles in both the firm’s healthcare group, serving companies such as Pfizer and Partners HealthCare, and as part of the team serving retail clients such as CVS, TJX, and Flector Patch. In her position with Hill Holliday, Ms. Yellurkar developed social media advertising and branding strategies designed to engage Generation Y. Prior to joining Hill Holliday, Neha Yellurkar worked for the digital marketing agency, Digital Influence Group in Waltham, Massachusetts. As a senior associate at the firm, she drove social media exploration for clients and implemented digital media marketing initiatives. Her background also includes work as an account coordinator for Shorey Public Relations and as executive assistant to the director of sales at Bonacio, Inc. Outside of work and school, Ms. Yellurkar has a passion for advancing the status of young women in India and improving their educational opportunities. She has been a member of the Yellurkar Foundation Board of Directors since 2004.
