The first battle that started the Civil War. There were 580 total peopled engaged in this battle, 500 of them being from the south. This battle lasted for about 36 hours, and ended because of the union surrendering due to no more resources. This battle started a whole chain of them, leading these fights to make up the events of the Civil War.

The first full scale battle of the Civil War. This battle started because Abraham Lincoln wanted to secure and take control of the capital of the Confederate. Once the union troops arrived in Richmond, they were hindered by the troops of the Confederate. The Union is too disorganized to fight any longer, so they return to Washington D.C.

The Confederates were trying to invade the Union's land, but it wasn't going so well. The south eventually finds land by Antietam Creek to attempt to take over, and the Union responds to their attacks the next morning. The Confederates lost due to being overpowered by the amount of Union members. The Union had almost two times the amount of forces, which made the south give up.

This battle was the deadliest in the Civil War, killing almost 30% of the forces involved. This started because a Confederate group was trying to obtain resources for war, which lead to the two troops clashing and going into battle. It ended with the south trying to invade the northern states, but failing. This brought the realization upon the Confederate, that they will not become a separate nation from the north.

The Union digs tunnels under the Confederate land, and fills them with explosives, blasting open the ground. The 47 day long battle comes to an end with the Confederate General surrendering to the Union.

The Confederate marches 55 miles through Union land as a distraction, which gives them the chance to destroy lots of the north's supplies. The Union try using as much men as they could at the time to fend off the Confederates, but eventually have to retreat from the battle. The Second Battle of Bull Run was a big deciding factor in the Civil War Campaign, causing lots of people to be unsure on who they supported.
