After this lesson I realized that during my school days my teachers didn't really use these strategies for building self efficiacy for students. But as a teacher to be I will make sure to use these strategies to build self efficiacy for my students, I will make sure that my future students don't feel the same thing that I have felt.

I learned that a person’s belief in their own ability to succeed strongly influences how they think, feel, and act. When students believe they can accomplish a task, they are more likely to put in effort, stay motivated, and overcome challenges. As for how i am going to apply or use it, like many group presented i will make sure that i take note of every thing like being considerate of the student’s feelings and make a very safe and inclusive environment for every student and many others.
