I have worked with children for six years. I have slowly moved up every age/grade level starting from daycare as an aide. This is my first official year as a kindergarten teacher! I feel so blessed to be given this incredible opportunity and look forward to continue to apply the knowledge I have learned at Pacific Oaks.

I went to The American Musical Dramatic Academy College and Conservatory of the Performing Arts and graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts 🎭 I decided to skip the acting scene as I was told by many agents I didn’t fit Hollywood’s stigma of Latinos. I suffered from imposter syndrome in many different aspects of my life, until I started working at my current job at Global Education Academy where I am surrounded by strong and power women of all ethnicities. I always thought I wanted to be a theater teacher, but have found a passion working with elementary students. I am currently pursuing my Master’s Degree and Multiple Subject credential.
