The number of 15 to 19 year old offenders remained stable over this period.The total number of offences and offending incidents recorded for 10 to 14 year olds from 2011-15 was lower than the total number of offences recorded for 10 to 14 year olds from 2006-10.The average number of offences and incidents of offending per offender increased by 40.4% and 22.9% respectively for 10 to 14 year olds across the two five-year time periods.Just over half of all offenders aged 10 to 14 continue to have only a single offence recorded in their first five years of offending.</title>

The total number of crimes committed by the age group in the past financial year came in at more than 36,000. Of the 5385 cases reviewed, dating back to 2008, more than 60 per cent of children reoffended within six years, 44 per cent reoffended more than once.</div>]]></description>
