1. The main argument that the video gives us is that no matter how hard is a job is, as long as you had to do it(for your own sake/for the family) you'll definitely need to get use to its challenges

2 -Employee should be hard working because they are the one who runs the company.
-When someone need something they will do all thing like having to two job in order to support their self

3 I can say that they way that they make an argument is by relating it on their own personal experiences.

4. I agree to most of the idea that is given in the video one example of that is that selecting a employee should be critical because they were being paid for the job.

The main argument is that work is something everyone needs to experience in order to have full potential. They explained how it creates your personality and gives you certain traits that make you who you are. Work also stimulates the brain to a certain extent since your always thinking about what you're doing. One of the people interviewed explained how eventually you become numb at work and when you go home you still are numb because certain jobs a repetitive to where your brain isn't stimulated anymore. The video also showed how certain jobs can be beneficial to a society for example where you play a role in helping the environment or be a test subject for an exoskeleton used in labor-inducing jobs. To express their argument they showed various videos of people seeming to be happy with what they are doing. They included interviews of workers that explained what their life is like since they work two twelve-hour shift full-time jobs. They also included a song that would be used in a film where people are getting things done or certain progress is occurring. The music seemed to me that it would get a little louder as the video played. I agree with what their argument, getting work done not only benefits you financially but also helps your mentality since your not always indoors doing nothing but much. Even though work can take much of your time up, without working at all your mot use the time you have now for anything that important since you most likely aren't gaining a stable income. A quote I remember from the video was "you shouldn't be hired if I'm paying you 20/hr and your not making me profit in the hour". For the most part, I agree with what this person said but it also depends on what job they work as since not every job involves finances and economy.

1.The main arguments that the author is trying to make is how does work, work today or how does it change throughout the years/affects certain people.

2. Some main points they put were how much people work for example the lady who works from 6-2 then 3-11. Also the Mexican man who works said all he does is "Work, work, work". Another point is showing the living environment for some of the family's like the little girl sleeping on the floors carpet.

3.They make their arguments by showing it from the perspective of people and how long they work for example the man who said he worked for 12-(not done)

1. The argument I noticed is that everyone who was interviewed is saying that the jobs are repetitive and they don't require active use of their brain.
2. Some of the main points are. that workers are mentally and physically tired, that people feel like their work just goes on and on. The people being interviewed realized that they have to work to live so they have to put up with the repetition so that they can survive.
3. By bringing in multiple people with the same views they can constantly bring up their point.(not done)

1) The main argument I’ve seen was work for what you’re paid. Having it being shown through out the years of people working and showing off why and because so.
2) Points delivered were the times and how multiple people kept saying that they work all day with two jobs and then sleeping only at night. Its stated because that because of having jobs they’re busy.
3) Its being shown by how they’re busy and showing off throughout the times of how people work differently and different occupations and showing how much they’ve been paid.

1.The main argument the authors are trying to make is that someone will get used to a jobs challenges as humans normally do and how things are changing as people are getting more and more tired with their jobs and what they do.

2.One of the main points are how workers now are tired both physically and mentally, and everyday is just a slow march and the days seem to blend together. The workers interviewed help this as they explain how they are tired and work long hours but realize they need this to survive.

3.They made their arguments by bringing people in and having them tell their story's and how it affects them. This helped because it showed real life examples and real people that are dealing with these issues

1)The main argument the authors are trying to make is that working can be a burden to peoples minds but is essential for you to be of use in the world and will help shape your personality a bit.
2)Some main points from the video are that people working work hard and don't really have a break. Their lives are just filled with work and it stresses them out.
3)The authors make their argument by showing different people and having them interviewed to show how much of a mental strain work is to them now.
4)I do agree with the fact that working a lot can become repetitive and will make you more stressed.
