2. I had to show my gcse results and my cv so the owner could get an insight into what kind of person I am and if I will make a good beauty therapist. 

3. I was able to talk a little bit about my self and answer any questions she had.

4. I could have spoke more confidently.

2. I always try my hardest to meet my clients needs by asking questions and making sure they feel safe and comfortable in the salon which means I have to speak clearly this pushes me to develop my communication skills.

3. I am able to speak confidently now with clients creating causal conversation ensuring the client feels comfortable in the salon.
