Originally the ball did not go over the hills because the curve was to boxy. To solve this problem I made in more rounded and it went all the way through the roller coaster. Also at the beginning the ball would fall of of the roller coaster so I added walls around the track. My first design didn't work to well because it was hard to support the track and the marble I used (in this case I didn't have one so I used a small bouncy ball) had too much weight and made the track deformed. The challenging thing was I had to adjust the track as I went along. If I had more time I might have made the track longer and a more exciting end point. There was not enough force to make the marble go all the way down at first because the starting point was too low. When I made my first design the marble kept on falling, so I decided to add parts on to keep the marble in. Also the marble didn’t have the much momentum so I put the rollercoaster higher and steeper. If I was to do thing again I would make it longer and add more twists and turns. My first design was made out of paper and it was almost impossible to make the marble go in a loop. The design showed in my picture was made out of one pipe insulator and the rest cardboard. It put things together with tape and hot glue. My first design was pretty boring, so I figured since I have so much free time, let’s make it better. It starts off with a funnel into a track that drops into another track. I think the biggest challenge was the structure/skeleton of the coaster. It kept falling down.
