I wake up at 5:50 in the morning,
After I wake up, I take a shower, change, brush my teeth and go have breakfast,I go to school at 6:40 by car with my father,I go back to my house 12:10,I have lunch at 1pm,I do my homework at 3pm,I go to my football at 5:30 pm and return at 7:00 pm,I go to the gym at 7:30 pm and return at 9 pm,After I get back from the gym I'm going to have dinner,Then I'll take a shower, brush my teeth, change my clothes and go to sleep at 10:30 pm.

after a tiring day I go to sleep
I usually wake up at 5:45 on a Tuesday
I go to school to study and meet my friends
class ends at 12:10 and I go home for lunch
I watch football videos after lunch
and at 3:00 pm I'm going to do homework
I finish at 6pm and go to my football which starts at 7:30pm
After training I go home at around 9:30 pm
I have dinner at 10pm and go to sleep at 11pm

This is my routine:

Morning:

At -6:30 I Wake up and drink a glass of water.

At 7:00 a.m. - i Do 15 minutes of meditation to start the day calmly.

At 7:30 I have a Nutritious breakfast with fruits, eggs and whole wheat toast.

Afternoon:

At 12:30 I have Balanced lunch with lean proteins, vegetables and complex carbohydrates.

At 14:00 I Take a 20-minute walk to recharge your energy.

Night:

At 6:00 p.m. I have a Light dinner, like a protein salad.

At 8:00 p.m.I Disconnect from the screens and take time to relax, read or listen to music.

At 10:00 p.m. I Get ready to sleep, disconnecting from worries and electronics.

In my rotine i wake up at 6 o clock and get dressed at six ten and Wash my teephs, o go to school at six thirty, in nine twenty five lunch starting and nine fifteen lunch finish. Twelv ten i go home, u have diner at one o clock and i go to showroom at three o clock. I do my homework at seven o clock and i go to bed at ten o clock

I wake up at 5:40 in the morning and take a shower, then I have breakfast after that I get ready to go to school at 6:40, brush my teeth, put on perfume and other things.
When I get to school at 7:00 I start playing with my friends, I have classes and then I go back to my house with my mother by car at 12:20, when I get home I have lunch and brush my teeth, I go to school at 2:00 pm later I go to the gym around 4:00 pm then I go home and take a shower at 5:10 pm, after doing that I have football training at 6:30 pm, I play ball there with my friends and then I go back home. Then when I get home I'll take a shower, have dinner and around 10:30 pm I'll go to bed.

First I get up at 6 am ,then I have breakfast,next I get dressed. At 6:30 I go to school. When I arrive, I meet my friends. When classes end at 12:10, I go home, after I have lunch ,then I rest and do my homework. Next I a go with my mother to a cafe to have a snack at 2:00. At 5:00 I go to Ballet.

Every day of the week I wake up at 5:15 am, make my bed, brush my teeth and go take a shower. When I finish taking a shower I go to get ready, it takes me about 1 hour to get ready. As soon as I finish, I'll have breakfast and leave the house at around 6:20 am to go to school. When I get to school I talk to my friends and go to class. Right after class ends, I have lunch, brush my teeth, go to English, and when it's over I go home. When I get home, I do my homework, take a shower, stay on my phone watching Tiktok and go have coffee in the afternoon. Then I'll have dinner, watch Netflix, brush my teeth and go to sleep.
