However... there is still hope for saving the Earth.

2030: Final warnings, life and balance are begging for solutions and changes, the red alert is more than a reality. The end is on everyone's mind and mouth, media predict total collapse in as little as 10 years and space engineers talk of solutions. They start producing inventions and spaceships to evacuate the once green planet.

During the trip, everything was going normal, everyone was cooperating, although some were losing their cool and others didn't believe what was happening, but out of nowhere the spaceship was sucked into a wormhole, an intergalactic tube, along with another spaceship that was nearby, we never heard anything about the other crews. There was no shortage of anguish; as soon as we emerged we found ourselves in a galaxy very similar to the Milky Way, perhaps a parallel world, but that's not the point; supplies were about to run out and hopes were lost because during VSG-22's passage through the wormhole, a meteor shower broke the spacecraft's oxygen reserves.
I doubted it, but there was no other option, a planet close to us was very similar to Earth, at least that's what we could see from that position, maybe it would have water, food and the vital gas. We were all aware... there would also be other types of life undiscovered. We had to land in a time limit and the spacecraft was evacuated as fast as possible, as it seemed that this new planet had a very strange atmospheric pressure that together with the low amount of oxygen made VSG-22 explode in a matter of minutes.]]> 2021-05-20 13:40:16 UTC https://padlet.com/1900606/c94k9vzl5ev2c1hq/wish/1543787826 Victoria 1900606 https://padlet.com/1900606/c94k9vzl5ev2c1hq/wish/1543805260 Our opponents had incredible technology that we could not yet comprehend, and we had only managed to take out several of the weapons that VSG-22 and the other spacecraft had. The war had been going on for more than ten years and it was increasingly painful to see my surviving battle companions die little by little, but the first inhabitants of that Inverted Earth were also slowly falling; both armies were at the same level, there was no more strength, but there were reasons to keep fighting, pride and appreciation for one's own was never lacking. 
I took advantage of the fact that the aliens had lowered their guard and began to infiltrate their camps with my daughter, my son and my best military and engineers to steal from that strange technology, so I was carefully understanding its science and now it was a strategy that I knew at some point would give us a great advantage. I also thought that it was time to plan how to get off that planet as a second option to avoid the risk of the end of the human species and finally leave the aliens alone; so I started to build a new spaceship on the model of VSG-22 but with the improvements given by the alien science. Nobody knew about this project, only my children knew each of my discoveries and advances, they would lead the peace or the war when I was gone and that is what I always prepared them for.
There was still time to continue strengthening our army, to finish building the improved version of the spaceship and to train the future leaders or... at least that was what I thought, in the middle of a battle that was next to my tent a stray bullet took me out of the game. I don't know what they decided, or what happened to humanity; maybe we won the war and conquered a new planet or maybe we ran away from the first inhabitants of the Inverted Earth.
