 The first stage is picking the ripe tomatoes and put it in baskets. After harvesting, the tomatoes are sorted and the good ones are going to be sent to the factory. Then, workers remove the stalks and seeds from the fruit and put the flesh in containers. Use specific machine to crush the tomatoes, then adding sugar, vinegar and salt to taste. 
Once the ingredient have been added, the mixture is boiled for certain amount of time and the outcome is leave uncovered for two hours. This step helps develop the taste of the final outcome. After cooling the sauce, pour it into bottles, then label them and qualified them. When the quality is approved, pack the bottles into boxes and the boxes are loaded into lorries so they can be delivered to the supermarket. There are 11 steps in making leather production, from drying animal skin to being bought and used by customers.
The first step is to dry animal skin. Once the the skin has been dried,it is then loaded onto a van and is sent to the factory. In the factory, the skin is washed with water and lime to remove all the dust. After being washed, the skin is then soaked in lime and is flattened by a machine.
The next step is to soak the skin in a mixture of water and vegetable matter which is called tannin. After that,the skin is polished and is taken to the factory by a container in order to make production. Finally, all the leather production is sold and is bought and used by customers.
