Sketchbook Assignment

Using the concepts of artists like Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein and more, create a self-portrait using the style of any Pop Artist. The main goal in this assignment would not be the objective of looking like you, but the use of technique and the uniqueness that comes with pop art. Such things like use of colour (colour wheel), contrast, vibrancy, and patterns.

In this period, stained glass often depicted religious narratives to inspire faithful civilians. Artists used clean, supple linework to convey tenderness and delicacy. Lastly, simple fields of colour were used.
