She is determined, kind, and persevering. She works at the Y, but she also assuages us swimmers to do the best, and she worked in the emergency department. She also would help me every day to become a faster swimmer. She would push me and make sure I could do the best that I could do. She was inspired not by her friends, or a famous person, but she was inspired by her family. Her mother was her biggest inspiration. She tells me, “My mother is my role model because she taught me caring and empathy, and to really help people when they need help.”When Suzi was really young, she had to go to Alaska and lived there for 3 years, and this challenge taught her to be kind and helpful to others.
