i think you are pretty dopa

you are a moon

hum me a tune

That is smaller than the zoo

What do you call a koala

That is bigger than La Jolla

What do you call an emu

That is the same size as the loo

My fare Australia I send my love to thee

And one day we shall be reunited and free

Create a dog, a bear, never shy

So fast they fly

The planets

Waiting and creating life, all flavors of pie

Is such a rare thing

To drift through space and light

Among the dead, dying, or alive.

Giants of gas, dust, and ice.

Some dead for billions of years, yet

still glowing faintly in our eyes,

others burning bright, and proud, and strong.

Then some that are slowly burning out,

still powerful

just gently

getting dimmer.

YOUR FAV HUMAN

will they be free and will we be kind

will they crave oxygen or perhaps argon gas

must we find humanoids or, aghast:

shape shifting amoebae engineers all.

we they eat us or must we eat them

will we or they wear the diadem?

can we work together to fly through deep space, in an everlasting space race?

why must we know if life is out there?

since each human is unique,

is our life form unique?

will we or them the others' interest pique?

are you safe here and are we safe there?

or were we all segregated

our life forms' lives to spare.

the more we question the less we know.

why must we always elsewhere seek to go?

Europa have you wisdom which with us

you will deign to share?

or do you deem that patently unfair.

have we earned the right to space flight.

or does the rest of the universe

deem us an unruly ignorant fright.

enough questions on this chilly night,

perhaps in the morning we will see the light.

maybe so

but when the earth meets the sun,

we'll still be laughing and having fun.
