         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think a 5-frame will work great with 3 kids<br><br>I may need to find an alternate location for a student or two for a short period after recess to get calmed down. <br><br>Maybe find a teacher where a kiddo can help out in the end of the day to avoid her behavior accelerating at the end of the day. <br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>*Have seen improvement in using 5 frames with two students. Their reward is in the room because escaping/elopement has been their goal. They are motivated to do breaks in the room<br>*Has helped to have a student start morning in a buddy room.  There have been no referrals since 10/1/18 when we started this.<br>*I need to be more consistent about entering elopement for one student. They haven't been entered so the data doesn't reflect what has been happening</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Thank you for doing all of the leg work to get the data we need to dig deeper and help us find the root causes of behaviors we are experiencing this year.  It is really helpful to see what students we are working with and what other ones need additional support.  I think this will really help us get plans in place for the tier 3 kids.  One thing that I think we should discuss further how we can support each other to be consistent with procedures and expectations. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Alot of my kiddos started of the year not knowing school social rules and now that those have been explicitly taught they are doing a lot better.<br><br>2. Sometimes I feel like my referral data does not reflect how much work and effort I am putting into NOT writing kids up on referrals.  I feel I am still more lenient then I should be.<br><br>3. As a building we have a lot of work to do.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-I'm going to start using the 5 frame with a couple of students to see if this improve their behavior.  I am going to focus on 1 goal for them.  Some of them are having a challenge getting back into the routine of me being back after being gone so long.<br>-A lot of my kids who I know elope from specials don't have any referrals for the year from specials. Can we back track these or should  I be putting these in? </div>]]></description>
