1) I agree with the idea that everyone has racist ideas and this was a very interesting concept. The majority culture in the Western part of the world is so far reaching that it has the power to shape perspectives of the oppressed into believing the ideas of the oppressor, even when they are clearly very harmful. We become so used to certain ideas that we tend not to question and become less aware of the issues behind certain ideas.

2) I thought that the sources remained neutral in reporting their ideas for the most part. The idea that a person cannot be racist to the core and rather is a proponent of ideas I do slightly disagree with. I think that some people have such strong beliefs that they have become law rather than theory and they are incapable of straying away from these and having antiracist ideas.
3) I'm going to question why I hold certain beliefs around race and where these come from. If they are generalized about a racial group then those are racist thoughts. I want to have neutrality when it comes to judging a person, especially those I probably won't ever see again. Individuality over group representation.

Based on my reading, I strive to be antiracist everyday, because like it was stated in the text, it is possible to be a segregationist, assimilationist, and an antiracist throughout one's lifetime, and even within a day, and those little things that people who like to call themselves antiracists do, may not always symbolize the actions of a true antiracist.
