Being a better listener isn’t just about hearing, it’s about showing up, tuning in, and letting people know they matter.

Listening is paying attention to what someone else is saying, whether the message is directed at you or a larger audience. Active listening is absorbing the information and showing the person that you are receptive to what they are saying.
