In NYC the breakfast is very complete, they eat eggs, fruits, sausages, coffee, etc. In Argentina it is more simple, we have coffe or tea with some toasts.
At lunch they eat something fast, like a snack, comparing it with us, we have a very complete luch.
We have dinner at 9:00 pm. and they have dinner  at 6:00 pm. or 7:00 pm.
It is a big change, and for some people is very difficult to change the routine.

You can have leisure time, but you have to organize your time. Many people have a calendar with activities to each hour.
