We searched for "home monitoring diabetes", added filters (such as publication date within the past 2 years, species = human, age = infant) and chose an article called "Triplet Pregnancy in a Diabetic Mother With Kidney Transplant: Case Report and Review of the Literature."

But after reading the article it became clear that this article actually had nothing to do with home monitoring. Also, a search for "home monitoring", "AAL" or "telemedicine" gave zero search results in the text.
