I used art weaver to change the color of my original image, I added more blues and red then decreased the green to give the image a more purple hue.
Art weaver was quite easy to use to alter the colors of an image, art weaver was similar to many other editing programs like Photoshop but felt limited in the effects I could change, and didn't feel as good to use.

In pixlr express I added a simple "smashed" effect to an image.
The program is somewhat easy to use and has tons of filters that can make an image more interesting or appealing I liked the wide variety of filters and stickers/ graphics I could add.
However it doesn't do much else some of the other tools are very confusing and their effects do not stack well.
