Thanks to the organisers, Michelle and Darren, for all your hard work making CALC an engaging and inclusive space. This is my favourite conference all year! Thanks also to the many excellent contributors who have given me lots to reflect on.

Thanks to Michelle and Darren for making sure that the slides were available in advance. It made it much easier to follow the speakers as I could read the slides before they presented. It made it so much more inclusive.

Calc is the standout conference of the year. It makes me feel seen and not alone. This event and all the speakers top up and replenish my librarian soul! Well done to Michelle and Darren for another fab years event!

Really enjoyed all the talks that I viewed. Such an interesting and varied programme, and great to be able to see the presentation slides separately too. My first CALC conference, but definitely won’t be my last! Huge thanks for putting it all together.

This was my first CALC conference and I hope it will be the first of many!

Yes, it was very interesting, energising and thought-provoking, but it was also a very kind and fair conference. So many thanks to Michelle and Darren for encouraging and nurturing what we were discussing also demonstrated in practice.

I enjoyed the keynotes and the three different styles of presentation...where one could find intersections in content and ideas, each speaker allowed their own personal voice to really come through to lift their presentation.

It'll take some time for the swirling to subside, but I realise and appreciate the value of this space and how much I needed it, in the strange and disqueiting times we're in and the turmoil that libraries and universities are going through.

Thank you to Michelle and Darren for making the conference happen. I really appreciate how affordable it is considering the number of speakers who contribute and the level of expertise, and with how expensive other conferences are! Keeping sessions on time is also very appreciated.

Thank you so much Darren and Michelle! I was so impressed with how smoothly the conference went and how varied all of the talks were. I particularly loved Nick Szydlowski’s sesson on Critical Bibliometrics which has given lots of ideas to bring into my practice.

Michelle and Darren, thank you for such a great conference. Highlights for me were Rodney E Freeman Jr and Rea Devakos's heartfelt and insightful talks, the practical advice from Clare Camp et al, the joyously entertaining Steve Tetreault...the only lowlight is missing all the later sessions (I have caring responsibilities) - so I'm looking forward to catching up with as many of these as I can on your YouTube channel! Kudos, huge applause, and massive thanks to you and all the speakers. This conference is not just a balm for the soul, but so useful for my own practice too 💖

I always enjoy the CALC conferences. Although I couldn't attend Thursday as I'm part-time and also had to leave sessions at 4.45 due to caring responsibilities, it was reassuring to know that I can watch any I've missed at a later date on the YouTube channel. The sessions I was able to attend I really enjoyed and I think the organisation is absolutely brilliant. Also Darren and Michelle have a great relaxed style without forgetting any details. I loved the book raffle and thank you I actually won a book! I'm so excited to receive my copy Feminist Librarianship by Kirsten MacQuarrie!! Sadly, I couldn't go to Kirsten's talk on Thursday but I'll be watching it on the YouTube channel. Thanks again and I look forward to next year's conference.

Thank you for a great conference, to the organisers, speakers and all attendees. I've been looking through my notes from the talks that I attended and there is so much positive and challenging things to reflect on that I can take back to my own library work.
