Let's add a focus on student expectations and standards and stop making so many excuses for why they won't or can't do the work.  We need to be honest.  We aren't helping them grow and succeed if we keep expecting teachers to make these numbers change.  It's a collective effort and we can't do it alone.</div>]]></description>
