To hunt you have to have a lot of patience! You will need to know basic survival skills, for example; how to make a fire, and to set up your watch/blind if you don’t have a blind, you can make your own or just be out in the open. A common goal for hunters is to come home with the animal you were hunting for. I know for most hunters that hunt deer, moose, and Turkey it depends on how big they are and the size of their rack(moose and deer) and the size of their beard(Toms = male Turkeys) and if the animal is male or female, we try to stay away from the young ones no matter the gender so they can get bigger. Bigger = bragging rights and sometimes money.

Firstly, My routes are from INDIA and being in Canada since two years. In this summer, when I was in Facebook I got to see that there is a invitation from WhatsApp to join my community in Brampton. Few admins decided to connect all the people in Brampton from our place. I was excited to add myself and checked for the people as we belong to same language(Telugu community) at my home country.
My role in this group is, we people who are enthusiastic about conducting events get connected each other and decided to organize a festival called "GANESH CHATURDHI", which is 9 days festival where many competitions, program's, activities will be performed and prizes out. The young members of our community is hosting this "UTSAV(Celebration)" and many sponsors came forward to contribute the costs of the events. Like this every month we will be having a festival to celebrate and this is going to be carry out throughout our lives. this became my recent hobby I am so happy that I am participating in the growth of our community.
New place, New life, New thoughts, New things to do. But such social networking helping us to connect one and other. Now I am feeling like I am at my home place with my parents. Such gathering in social media is unique by having common goals and values.

I like writing short stories and poems. It is one way where I feel that I can express myself the best. It is just amazing to see how a thought can be developed into a story line. Examples of mingling grounds for these fascinating souls include the pubs (where an unfortunate well dressed soul may wonder where all these hairy, un-showered, and uniquely dressed people originated from), the common hitching spot, and on the chair lift to discuss the rad or non-rad conditions which have been presented to them on that particular on day. A way of life that may bring a whole new perspective on your day to day or result in you climbing out of a hole not knowing how you emptied your bank account, somehow fractured you tib-fib three times, and joined a cult.

Swimming has been one of my favourite sports for as long as I can remember. it’s been one of those sports that my mom kept putting me in that I actually enjoyed doing- rather than whining every time on the way there that “I don’t wanna go” (at least from what I can remember)

As I grew older, I realized that there was a lot that I could do with a swimming background and pursued a passion that I and a bunch of my colleagues enjoy. Swimming has been a skill that I am very lucky to possess and something that I very much enjoy. Much like going to the gym, swimming has been one of the many ways people (including myself) can relieve stress. To my knowledge, scientists have shown that being near or in water has calming effects on one’s mind which is why many people opt to go for a swim to burn off some steam. It’s something that I personally very much enjoy and will probably continue to practice.

Whenever possible, me and a couple of people from our country of origin see to it that we meet every weekend if not twice a month. We spent the day bonding while preparing food, over a movie, roaming around the city, and/or simply just by playing cards and having a karaoke at home. People who engage in this trading card game play, either casually or professionally, or collect cards that range from a few cents to millions of dollars for one copy. People within such forums related to MTG are very passionate about this hobby because it has endless mechanics of play, ranging in "janky" combos, aggressive playstyles, versatile "midrange" or "control" playstyles, and can be very competitive aside from being fun. As mentioned, due to the competitive nature of the game, some players can be rather toxic but are actually quite warm based on my experience as long as you follow forum rules and do not engage in dubious transactions like dealing in fake cards or cheating.

I enjoy playing music by myself an with other people. I play with a group of people that vary in skill levels. We use different language than other hobbies (for example; Playing in the pocket, a hot-lick, kachunkah-chunkah). We have our instruments that we make our music with (paramount!). We use microphones and amps to get our sound out there. Computers are used to record our songs and various recording software are utilized to edit and manipulate the noise we create. We use text to communicate with each other when we are not in the studio, and email to pass around the most up-to-date version of our songs. It has been a wonderful pastime and I would highly recommend anyone interested in learning to play music to pick up any instrument that sparks joy, do not be afraid to sound bad (we all do in the beginning), and learn to count.

Since the age of 4 I have been a dancer. It has shaped me in every way possible, and created who I am. I love communicating with others through the art of dance, but the time spent with my friends and peers inside the dance studio has been just as important for me. The dance studio was always a safe space for me, no matter what was happening in my life at any given time.

Skiing

I've done cross-country skiing since I was a child. I have participated in races all over Canada. My favourite form of skiing is skate skiing. I love cross-country skiing because it is always outdoors, I love racing, but I also enjoy skiing leisurely with friends and family, or even alone. I find it peaceful being kilometers deep in the woods, alone, with nothing but the sound of nature around me.

Playing video games is a hobby of mine. I like participating in them because they have fun with mechanics. While playing through the story of a good game you can see the the passion put into making the world. The communities around them can be very inviting to both experienced and novice players, but people experienced in one game could be a novice in a different one. It has lexis with FPS (frames per second) being how fast a device can run and FPS (first person shooter) a genera of video game. this makes this a very good discourse community that I am a part of.

In 2013, I joined a dance group where we compete in national dance competitions. We used to train at least 3 hours everyday. The very first competition I was in was an all-girls dance competition and we were the champion!

Building PC's has been a hobby of mine for the past 5 years or so. Choosing and assembling the parts is a very fun but relaxing time. It is an awesome feeling finishing a build and clicking the power button for the first time. I find the community easy to spark a conversation with and talk to. It is also fun to see other people's perspectives on different hardware.

I really enjoy reading in my free time. Quite a few of my friends and I enjoy trading books we loved back and forth, this way we can all talk about how we loved them afterwards! I like being able to escape into a story and have others to bond with about it afterwards.

I love painting with acrylics. Almost every month, I host paint classes for people who enjoy painting. When we paint, it helps us relax and focus on the present moment, forgetting our worries. Mixing colours can make us feel calm, and painting scenes like sunsets or nature brings a sense of peace. Also, during these classes, we have fun, people come together, and gain new experiences.

It makes me happy and contribute to my mental health and emotional well-being. After travelling I feel I return more energized and refreshed to my work and daily life.
