We were constantly diverging and converging that I often got confused - I got most of my downloads on the finer points of the project from Sasha and Rukhsana when I was in the office, but did not always get those with the others in the team

Sometimes felt like we didn't get to be true 'Sparring Partners' with HRLT

We worked hard on a lot of POVs and discussions on the big rocks but at the end of the day the HRLT often used us more for content development and helping to facilitate conversations, while sticking to their POV
