Front desk staff......when a parent is calling about Jr.Jazz please ask what they are calling for. I am receiving many phone calls being transferred from the front desk about questions you as staff are able to answer.

Remember there is the Jr.Jazz binder at the front desk that has ALL the game schedules and team assignments. When parents are calling looking for those things, please be helpful and give them that information without transfering them.
