1. Students use foam shapes to fill the picture frames made of tape. Students observe how many shapes were used to fill the picture frames. The active characteristic is being used well because it allows the child to be active with how different shapes can be used to fill different objects.
2. Students use grid paper to make AB patterns. They choose two colors. After they are done, they observe how many blocks it took to make their AB pattern. This activity allows the child to be observant of how patterns are made no matter what the objects are.

1. Children use Istation as an Assessment. They also have section which is the practice area. It allows the students time to reflect on some of the things they may have missed during the Assessment. Student are to articulate how they can get the answer right by discussing it with the teacher, making they get a good understanding.
2. I have taking a math course online, and during the homework session you can only get so many wrong so it has a help button to help me reflect on the math questions I had issues with. The help button is a video. The instructor breaks down the problem that I am having trouble which allows me to reflect and find my mistakes. Then I articulate how to complete the questions correctly to make sure I have a better understanding.

1. We did an activity in the classroom using a box. It was related to the story The Three Little Pigs. Students were split up into 2 groups. The students had to converse about the different ways to make the box move without picking it up. When the students collaborate it helps them understand the different ways the goal can be accomplished.
2. For my Physical Education course, I had to do a group activity where we had to create a game. We all had to converse our ideas and collaborate how we could make a game that would catch the audience of an child. When everyone cooperates and works together everybody's opinion is heard and look through.

1. I have done field experience for one of my education courses. I had to go on in and actually work as if I was a teacher and observer how the classroom works. I had to also write how a paper about my experience. What techniques I would use and noticed being used and how it could help me become a better teacher. In real life, I have to observe and go through different experiences of how a classroom is setup and how they use different learning tools.
2. When I read stories to the children we use real life situations that are related to the book. I have read the stories "The Very Hungry Caterpillar", "Too Loud Lily", White Rabbit's Color book", etc. After reading these books we did an activity that relates to our everyday life.

1. One of my intentions for the students in my class was for them to all be able to write their first name. I regulated different activities the student could use to help them accomplish writing their name. I provided the Inch worm activity, writing templates, Tracing their name, etc. The goal was to help the have fun creating ways to write their names.
2. One of my intentions for taking online courses is to stay on task and make time for each course. I can regulate that by making a time management schedule that best works for me. I accomplish this goal by sticking to my time management scheduling and using other tools like alarms or big calendars to circle due dates.
