I declare and pray that you will be wise in leading (1 King 3:9 ESV) to have an understanding heart to judge people, that you may discern between good and evil. And also i declare and pray that as a leader you will weep over sin and failure of God's people. (Nehemiah 1:4 ESV) and most important one: (Psalm 91:1) that you intentionall daily dwell in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty"
