I think that VR virtual nature helps people who can’t get to real nature like city people, the disabled, or elderly in care homes and makes them happier fast in Source A. But real nature is still special, with nice feelings from things like lake sounds as in Yeats’ poem, in Source B that VR can’t copy. Also, real nature makes us want to protect the Earth, even though travel to it adds carbon emissions in Source C. So use virtual nature for those who need it, then go to nearby real nature this keeps everyone and the Earth healthy

In my opinion, the VR simulated natural videos can be a possible way to solve environmental problems such as CO2 emissions causing global warming. From Souce C, we can get to know that in 2016, there were in total 20 billion tourist trips, and caused 1597 tonnes of CO2 emissions that were related to transportation. What's more, the number is still increasing, which means there will be even more pollution in the future. However, having access to nature is a neccesity to humans. If a person is unable to go out and contact nature for a long time, their mental health will deteriorate. With the rapid development of technology, devices like Vitural Reality (VR) appears, and provides new ways for people to relax. According to Source A, studies show that 360-degree nature videos presented by VR devices are therapeutic and improve mood within 6, 9, or 15 min. Besides, VR can create stronger beneficial effects of nature simulations than other devices like TV videos because of VR’s high level of immersion. So in a word, with the help of VR and technology, people may don't need to drive or fly to other places and enjoy nature.

It’s necessary for people who live in urban areas to contact with nature.

In the concrete jungles of modern cities, millions of residents are facing a "disconnection crisis" from nature. This disconnection manifests not only in physical isolation, but also in dual psychological and physiological dilemmas. Whether it is escaping the burden of the reality through traveling or driven by an innate yearning or nature, the core points to one proposition: People in big cities must proactively build connections with nature, which is a necessity for individuals’ mental health.

VR isn't just helpful for urban residents who lack access to nature. Similarly, even rural areas don't guarantee healthy exposure to nature. In the industrial age, highly polluted areas weren't limited to urban areas. Similarly, virtual reality (or simulated reality) can be provided to those who lack mobility (such as elderly people left behind in rural areas) or to those with psychological trauma, such as veterans who may suffer from shell shock. In short, simulated reality or virtual reality can help not only urban residents but also those with physical or mental disabilities.

While interactions with the natural environment bring relaxation and psychological benefits, I argue it needs to be partly replaced by visual reality experiences to solve the environmental problems brought by tourism

In source C, Studies show that direct interactions with the environment provide the best mental improvements, but contribute to pollution and climate change. Today, tourism is responsible for one-twentieth of all man-made carbon emissions, with air transportation taking up most of the sector's emissions. And as population grew and traveling became more common, the carbon emission was expected to rose from 982 million tons in 2005 to a jaw-dropping 1,998 million tons by 2030. So therefore, nowadays people are actually destroying the environment when they are trying to experience it. This approach is unsustainable and worsens climate change. However, there is a kind of alternative approach. In Source A, studies prove visual reality to be the best substitute for traveling. It provides interactions with nature without going outdoors and can bring most of the effects people pursuit when traveling. And furthermore, it greatly reduces the harm and pollution these experiences make. In conclusion, by partially abandoning travel and switch to VR technology, people can have the psychological benefits from nature while protecting nature itself.

To deal with this problem, involving virtural reality to the explorers, which is VR technology, is necessary. Specifically, applying VR to traveling can not only improve mental health, which is mentioned in the source, but also, the most important one, protect the deteriorating environment and reducing climate change.

But also it can provide the same usage to rural areas where they cannot guarantee enough exposure to green environment. In todays world, the pollution destroyed most of the environment, thus there is really a little place still left unpolluted. Due to this problem, people are facing mental issues that are threntening to their daily living. While VR is a perfect solution to such problem because it can provide people with an environment that is approaching the reality. Beside, VR is totally pollution free, also reduce the rate of pollutant existing in the nature. IN conclusion, VR is one of the sollution to solve this existing problem
