another perspective is that we dont need to define happiness, because we dont pursuit it, we are happiness. So i dont ask myself what is my happiness, but where is happiness? Happiness is right at this moment, yess this exact moment when you read my message, take a look around you, you're experiencing life, even if this moment don't make you feel good. Happiness is simple, it's living the moment. Oops did i say we dont define happiness? Actually who cares, right? experiencing this paradox is happiness as well ^^

Whenever I feel stressed or lonely, I will go outside and sit right here. Smelling the fragrance of the paddy fields, reflecting myself over the past hard time, I realize that happiness should be sought out inside myself, my family, not somewhere else in the world. That's where I can lean when I fall down. Being student for a while, I felt homesick a lot :<

My happiness is to be able to spend time traveling and exploring places everywhere with all my friends and family. Either it's traveling within the city, outside of the city, or even to another country, they are all awesome memories to keep & to smile when looking back <3
I have always loved taking random pictures of our little moments like when eating good food together, seeing a cute dog on the street. Or even silly things like the shoes we wore on that day haha XD
My happiness lies in little things every day hehe :>

Happiness can be found in everyday experiences. The feeling when wearing your favorite sweater, watching your favorite movie, cooking and eating with friends or family, or engaging in a hobby. There’s so many instances where we can experience happiness. I find a happiness in these moments but I feel happiest when I’m traveling and experiencing everyday as a new adventure.

To me, happiness comes in different forms everyday. Mostly my happiness comes from interacting with my family and friends, baking treats for us to share, and also going on new adventures. But sometimes, happiness can even come from simple things like drinking the ‘perfect’ cup of tea in the morning, seeing a flower bloom for the first time, or even listening to a new song by your favorite artist. I think we all have our unique moments of happiness that make our days worth living :)

Happiness means enjoying the simplest things in life. When I think of happiness, I think of cuddling with my cat, Bobby, and feeling his fluffy fur and bushy tail next to me, and enjoying freshly baked double chocolate cookies while watching my favorite show.

Happiness is also when seeing my family after a long time away and listening to their stories and jokes. 😍

Giving and receiving little gifts can make you happy!

I'm currently working as an intern at ABROADER, but I work online so I just come to the office once in a while.

One time, I decided to bring some origami bookmarks I made as little gifts for my boss and colleagues, and that made them super excited! Seeing them happy like that really spruced up my day. 🥰 Julie (my boss) even asked me how could I make them so neat with just a few minutes of folding! 😆

You can say that everyone likes a small gift that they can bring along with everyday. 🥰
