Rationale: I think this would help continue to improve our understanding of the Core Value "We are learners," while also more generally improve the working relationships between direct reports and managers. This could also have a trickle-over effect into our work internally and in the field, ensuring we are also collecting and acting upon feedback for process improvement, perceptions, etc.

The challenge is in the language of the two training questions - made available and individuals accessing it are separate things.
