It is filled with great ideas from Mr. Cook's Corner to the two sections on building virtual relationships with students and how to do this effectively. For Glows, I have been using a Morning Greeting time and expanded my office hours to fit student/parent needs. For Grows, I am going to send personal postcards to my students along with a Gratitude Journal we will use through the course to start conversations and help the students connect with me and their classmates. Their journal notes will also translate to the Notes of Gratitude template I downloaded where students can post gratitude notes. I have created a Google Voice Number and encourage my parents to use it and I try to check in with them at least once a week.
