To say what you have done with the McNair program here is incredible, is an understatement. Because of the program and culture you have created in the McNair Scholars Program, I have learned that I am capable of much more that I thought of myself prior. I am not alone in that fact either. Many scholars can attest to how awesome you are as director. Thank you for being an amazing resource for advice, mentoring, and our many questions. The McNair program will not be the same without you and you will be missed.
