Protect the babies, outlaw abortion

All in all, I believe that abortion should be outlawed; Not just in Kentucky, but everywhere.

Many will not agree with me, they might say ‘ it is my right, as a person to choose’. What about the right of the baby, that baby is still a human and should be treated as such.

I also understand that, in some cases, it is a medical issue. sometimes it is the life of the mother, others it is the life of the baby. My argument against this is, if you love this baby, this human you have made. You would risk your life for them. I would.

As for the ‘the life of the baby is at stake’ claim, if you kill that fetus it gives the baby no chance to fight and live. You are destroying a whole future, if that baby was meant to live, it will live.

the number of mothers, and people everywhere, fighting for the right to kill babies, even pushing legal abortion to the day of birth, scares me. I believe this is a problem that needs to be addressed and fixed; because babies should be given a chance to live, thrive, and be happy.

Baby Lives Matter

Many people support the ‘black lives matter ‘ movement, but why not support baby lives matter? We should protect life at its source, in the womb, completely innocent and defenseless.

in the first year of the Black Lives Matter movement (2013, according to HUSL Library: A Brief History of Civil Rights in the United States: The Black Lives Matter Movement) the CDC reported a total of 664,435 abortions that year in the US(Pubmed)”

the CDC reported ”non-Hispanic black women had the highest abortion rate (27.0 abortions per 1,000 women aged 15–44 years) and ratio (420 abortions per 1,000 live births)” in 2013. While there is no data to support deaths by police officers in 2013, it is estimated to be approximately 3 per day or 1100 in

the year.

If we assume a majority of those deaths were African Americans the number still pales

in comparison to the number of abortions in the same year.

So how can we say we are fighting for the lives of the African American community when they are purposely killing people of their race.

Today The lives of unborn animals are held higher in value than the lives of unborn humans. There are laws that protect the lives of animals everywhere and fines for killing, sometimes even interacting with, these animals.

For example “Interacting with them (sea turtles)can carry a penalty.Sea turtles, their eggs and their nests are protected under state and federal law. Under state law, destroying a sea turtle nest or eggs is a third-degree felony, punishable by up to a $5,000 fine and/or five years in prison.”(baynews9)

killing a preborn bald eagle can lead you to a “fine of $5,000 or one year imprisonment with $10,000 or not more than two years in prison for a second conviction. “(USFW: laws that protect bald eagles) the fine for ‘safely’ killing a preborn human is non-existent. (not counting the cost of abortion procedures)and, according to a series of google searches, there is not such a thing as to “safely’ killing a preborn bald eagle nor a preborn sea turtle.

The normalization of abortion is unethical because animal lives are held higher in value than human lives. Also, America and its laws do not see the need to protect life before conception.

Abortion survivor; Josiah Presley

Children everywhere are oblivious to the procedures they have gone through and the events they have survived, this was the case with 25 year old (as of 2020)south Korean abortion survivor, Josiah Presley. Josiah learned his story when he was 13 years old. After two months of pregnancy, his biological parents had a curettage abortion.

“This is the type of abortion where the doctor goes into the mother's womb and basically rips the baby apart and brings them out in pieces,”(fox news interview: abortion survivors share their stories) says, Josiah.

(according to All.org {abortion methods} This is also called a D&C, dilation and curettage.”In this procedure, the abortionist uses a loop-shaped knife to cut the baby into pieces and scrape the uterine wall. The baby’s body parts are then removed and checked to make sure that no pieces were left in the mother’s womb.”)

This could be the reason Josiah has only one arm.

It had been three months since the abortion that they (Josiah's biological parents) found out he was still alive after the failed abortion. After birth, he was placed with an adoption agency, lived in a foster home for a year then came to the US, where he was brought up by a family with 12 siblings, 10 of which are adopted. His father’s work (as a pastor) has influenced him in his ability to forgive his biological family.
