Trade and religion influenced Indian society in many ways. A trading route named "The Silk Road" introduced things like gunpowder and paper to the west. They would also trade art and religious ideas, which helped to spread Hinduism, which is the third most prominent religion today. India's natural resources also helps aid in the power of the region. Earlier they would trade things like gold, religious items, and iron, and they now sell valuable items like petroleum. this keeps the region wealthy since those things are important all around the globe.

India developed there ideas through trading, India's caste system was brought to India by trading. India traded a wide variety of items from wheat to rice to sugar. The other nations India traded with also shaped their country. India traded with rulers of Rome, and emperors of China, etc, the Indian society was widely impacted by trade and without their trading system and who they traded with Indian would not be the way it is now.

The influence of trade and religion on India has made their society diverse in many ways. For example look at how many religions there are in India. There are several differences in the way people view India as citizens based off where they came from and their family background. Take a look how Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, and other religions in India started. They all come from different places and ended up in India and became one society over time. This affected on how things worked in the government because they have to make things fair for all people to succeed as a country. Also there were many things that migrates brought to India besides religion. Migrants brought culture, traditions, and inventions that came across the land of India that adapted to the cultures already there in India. They did this by creating routes from all over the world. For intense when Britain came to India in 1757 they brought their tea which later adapted into the Indian culture.

Trade had a major impact on the Indian society. The innovation of trade has been a major step in the world. High-stakes Trade has been said to actually originate back in the Indus Valley, in 3000 BC (Now Pakistan) which was also a neighbor to India. The power of trade had been a prodigious convenience for India's Society. I actually believe that it was only religion that had built up Indian society and both the many cultures that pioneered there. Religion had influenced India's society by the many rules, morals, laws, and many more to list. The Indians had more to learn as well, but thanks to trade, new ideas came on, technologies, religions, cultures and more. And India's spread of religion, tech, culture and more has developed the world at a greater pace.

Trade and religion influenced Indian society because it made Indian people more spiritual. Religions like hinduism and buddhism were created in Southeast Asia and emphasized in India and China. In those two places, the majority of people lived and died by the law of those religions. Trade influenced Indian society because it was a way for them to get resources they don't naturally have in India. It was also an outlet for cultural diffusion.

Trade and religion influenced Indian society by dividing people among social classes so those who were inferior were treated like trash. Trade help spread religion though, in other words, Cultural Diffusion. Indian's main religion, such as: Hinduism, led others to revere nature and animals living in the world. Trade allowed India to gain new resources their subcontinent/country needed, and allowed India to share theirs among other countries as well. Going back to the social class. These classes was made up in a system called the "Caste System". This system didn't allow those with lesser nobility interact or have affection for those in the upper ranks, which caused India to divide it's people.

Religion influenced Indian society by making bringing the first group of Europeans to the region of India due to religious wars that were held a thousand years ago. After the wars the Middle East's geographic location motivated the British and french to stay in the region. Both the French and British wanted a way to get to India and Southeast Asia so they built a man made canal called the Suez Canal in Egypt which was used for a trade route by the two nations. Trade brought a lot of people to the Middle East due to its vast amount of natural resources such as plants and petroleum.Religion was another thing traded between the nations that resided in the Middle East.Today people are still influenced by religion for example the court system makes you swear on a bible.

The way that trade and religion influences Indian society, is that it can bring organization and peace. I say this statement because the Indians lived where they had a way of living where there would be no chaos. Trading was an exchange of currency or goods to gain something back in your favor. this helped by bringing a organized set of actions to give or gain goods. Religion took the place of the Indians having a purpose of living; to have something to follow throughout living there life on Earth.
