         <description><![CDATA[<div>Pregnant women with no symptoms but have a history of recent travel to an active area should be offered a blood test (nucleic acid test on the paired serum) and a urine sample, 2 -12 weeks of their return.<br><br></div><div>They should also be offered if a woman has had unprotected sex with a partner who has travelled to or lives in an at risk area.<br><br></div><div>They should also be offered an ultrasound, whether the test is negative, positive or inconclusive, to detect any fetal skull or brain development abnormalities.<br><br></div><div>An amniocentesis can also be offered to detect the virus in the amniotic fluid.<br><br></div><div>(CDC, 2017)</div><div>(Mayo, 2017)<br><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>
