Most therapists refer to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. There are some practitioners who rely solely on the DSM to make an appropriate diagnosis whereas there are others who use the DSM as a guide while focusing on each client's specific situation.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
