Delta: Sending parents down at 8 was a mistake for those who were at specials. They came to an empty classroom and it was during our planning time. Delta: I was not sure exactly what the decorations should have been and there needs to be a staggered time because of siblings in the school. All of the food and drinks should be due the day before, so teachers know what to supplement.

Delta: it would be more ideal to have it in the afternoon. Maybe from 12:30-1:30 for kindergarten at least. Having the younger students all super hyped up on juice and snacks was a little disruptive to their day.
