The theme of this stanza is Aphrodite welcoming a man who is in distress and is longings for the help of the beautiful goddess of love. The mood is calming and relaxing because the man is describing Aphrodite's beauty as she comes before him. The mood is also anxious and desperate because the man appears to be pleading for Aphrodite's help. There is no detectable rhyme scheme during this line (to me at least). The poem uses personification of the heart and desire to show Sapphos feelings. The Theme is heartbreak and desire for someone, and how it can be very powerful.
