In session two they ask us what are soft skills and did we used in our life and which one is better for learner, we wrote our opinion in pad let. All of us wrote different skills such us (critical thinking, problem solving, communication, creatively and etc.) and all of us saw the opinions which wrote. after that, teachers define the 21^st century skill which are (learning skills, literacy skill, and life skills) also each of them are contains of some others skill. So, teachers let us talk and discuss about our opinion based on these skills which described by teachers. In my view all of these skills are important for learner and but I think teacher should know each of these skills students have, to give the assignment based on this skill to make sure each student learn and to develop students’ knowledge and to make them active and creative students. Besides, we talked about learning pyramid which describe the average retention rate of student due to type of teaching. For me I was shocked when I saw a minimum rate which was less than 10% for lecturing. As we know lecturing is the most popular teaching method in our country and it was appeared for me minimum students were learned from these methods. After that we studied the key elements of effective pedagogy, from these two sessions was I learn a lot of things about teaching and learning.
 

Before starting the third session, teacher send to us a short video to watch and to be prepared for asking a question which was about teaching method and how inspire your students. It was a useful video I listen to it three times. I was shocked how this teacher changed their class from teacher center to student center and talk about how C6 effect on learning. After that they ask us a question what we learn from this video. It was an effective way for learning and from this you can prepare yourself before class. In additions, in this sessions teacher talked about types of teaching method one by one and after each type they ask us to discuss our experience to each type and what is advantage and disadvantage of them. From this session I was learn a-lot of things one of them I learn to distinguish between type of teaching and based on lectures and my friends’ discussions I learn what type is better for education. During session we use fish bowel learning to discuss about how we manage our time in our class and it was useful for me because in each session I learn a new tool for learning. Besides, when we talked about authentic learning. It was appeared for me that I used this type in my field which was mechanical engineering, and it was very useful because student learn more when they saw problem in real life. For example, when we talked about gearbox they not understand and they cannot imagine how you can increase and decrease speed and power in gearbox but when they saw it, they will be easy to understand and imagine how it works. 

In the session two teacher in different way start the lecture. In previous sessions by asking baring storming question or by participating all student to write our opinion in share pad let or etc.…. But this time he started with asking about what we studied in previous session. For that reason, they asked questions to know if students have focus on the lecture and what we remember in previous lecture. I think it was very useful way because student focus more and listen carefully to the lecture and they be ready always to participate and to answer the question which asked by instructor. 

After that, they talk about different type of assessments that used for different purpose including (diagnostic, formative, summative, confirmative, norm-referenced, criterion referenced, ipsative, interim or benchmark) assessment. In my opinion all of them is important to be used for any subjects. But the first three one is most important and it is needed to be used. Diagnostic should be used at the beginning of the subject to know for what kind of learner your instruction is done, in another word to know the background information of student about this subject. In future I have a plan to use this type of assessment before starting my subject in the course.

Besides, teacher described the assessment methods and why we use different methods for assessment. The best point to be mentioned is we use different method to cover all learner’s achievement and outcomes. Also, we talked about different way to assess the knowledge performance and attitude. In addition, we talked about the rubric form for assessing students, for making a fair assessment we need to have a clarify rubric. Also, Student should know by which rubric you assess him/her. For that reason, teacher need to design a rubric for the student for any assessments. At the end of the session teacher gave assignment for that reason a different teaching method for each group was chosen by instructor. The topic for our group was (field trip) the requirement was preparing a sample sheet for the field trip after that preparing the assessment tool and rubric form for student after they came back from the trip, truly talk I get a lot of information in this assignment. 

In conclusion, I want to say that these two sessions were very useful I learn different types of assessment method and tools and I lean how, why, when, what we asses and how we can design the rubric form for assessing our student.

During the class we watched a video which talked about the key component for creating positive learning environment, nearest he talked about 18 key components how they helped teacher for creating the class environment. For that reason, teacher let us talked about one point that we felt it’s very important. After that they gave us assignment for writing 250 to 300 words. Each student should write a blog about two off them but we never use blog so they taught us how create blog for all of us it was first time we used it. Also, our friend made a three video how create and modify blog he shared with us in viber group it was very useful for us. For me I talked about (positivity, support, and safety) in my opinion positivity is the most important point because when teacher focusing on the positive things in every student will enable you to create a positive learning environment for your students.
 

Besides, another component for creating positive environment is safety. Students must feel supported, welcomed, and respected in their school and college. As we all know, children lean more and they will be active and students have a much better chance of being able to absorb all the information that you have to share when they feel comfortable and safe, also children are able to work as a team, celebrate each other’s achievements. To obtain this environment, young students need to be nurtured with love, care and support. Additionally, teachers should keep in mind that the classroom is a second home for children and therefore, they should make efforts to make students feel as comfortable as possible.

In addition, we talked about how physical location and network effect on creating positive environment. We discussed a lot of point such as (school or college, library, nature, home, family, social media, and etc.) each of these points has an impact for creating the positive class environment. Also, we talked about ten characteristics of effective learning environment it was very useful for us to know these things.

In these two sessions I learned how I can change my class to positive classroom to create effective learning for my students. Also, I learned how each component and strategies are important for making positive environment and how theses things are differed from one to another.

4.     I learn how I can change my traditional class to a positive leaning class.

5.     I learn different method and tool of assessments.

6.     I learn why, how, when and what we assess.

7.     I learn how prepare and design a rubric form for assessment.

8.     Also, I learn different strategy and tool for participating students during lecture.

At the end, I want to say that the last assignment was very helpful for me because our filed is mechanical engineering and we made filed trip a lot, every year we went to the factory or company with our student to saw processes that studied in the class. But never we followed this producer for the field trip it was very useful for us. It was a very useful and helpful experience and skill that I learned in this assignment. Also, I want to thanks both teachers for giving us the information that we need it in future.
