Are you afraid of anything? When you fear, what kind of response do you take? It could be crying out, sweating，trembling or feeling cold. But if something really made people afraid or frighten them, people might be overreact. If it's serious enough, it might cause psychosocial disease such as Schizophrenia, which causes hallucination, violence and social problem.

Violence is caused by the schisaophrenia as well. According tooberto Maniglio, Psychologist of Itali, people who have scisaophrenia might be especially exciting and have aggressive behavior. Some of them might kill or hurt others because of mental disorder and halluciation. They can't control themselves at all that time. It causes serious violence and crime. The most frightening thing is that schizophrenics don't need to pay any price for what they did. According to a recent research, there are more than 50% of cases of violence are caused by schizophrenics. In everage, each of criminals who are schizophrenics can kill 1.7 people without any punishment.( Maniglio, R. “Severe Mental Illness and Criminal Victimization: a Systematic Review.”)Some of them killed themselves after klling people as well.(“Review: Suicide and Schizophrenia) After all, schizophrenia can cause violence crime.

First of all, the schisaophrenia can cause mantle breakdown. The main symptom of mantle breakdown is hallucination. According to the researches the scientists and psychologists did, the patients sometimes hear someone wispering or talking to them when nobody is talking at all, or see something doesn't exist practically. Sometimes, these phantasm indicate the patients what they are afraid of or guide them to do something, never stop repeating. It sounds like a clip from a horror movie but it really happens to these schizophrenics everyday. It causes wired actions and linguistic behavior，including violence. After all, schiophrenia can surely cause hallucination. (Carson VB (2000). Mental Health Nursing: The Nurse-patient Journey.)

Schisaophrenia also causes a lot of social problems. According to researches of psychologists, about 0.3 to 0.7% of people are affected by schizophrenia during their lifetimes. The social problems caused by schisaophrenia includes long-term unemployment, poverty and homelessness. (Foster, A, et al. “Homelessness in Schizophrenia.”) The average life expectancy of people with the disorder is ten to twenty five years less than for the general population. This is the result of increased physical health problems and a higher suicide rate. In 2015, an estimated 17,000 people worldwide died from behavior related to or caused by schizophrenia.
